The 2011 International Saimoe League Preliminaries are drawing to their conclusion. Match Day 13 of Preliminary action marked Match Day 1 of Phase III, where the field was dwindled down.

In Pool 1, Tsumugi Kotobuki earned the most voted with 4,627 votes. Others advancing include Kuroko Shirai with 4,321 votes, Merry Nightmare with 3,431 votes, Lala Satalin Deviluke with 3,014 votes and Hecate with 2,666 votes.

In Pool 2, Nagi Sanzen'in earned the most votes with 4,390. Others advancing to Match Day 14 include Haruna with 4,154 votes, Nozomi Kiriya with 3,367 votes, Misaki Ayuzawa with 2,753 votes and Yui Kotegawa with 2,594 votes.

Asami Iwasawa earned the most votes in Pool 3 with 4,236 votes. Others progressing to the next round include Ritsu Tainaka with 3,878 votes, Astraea with 3,421 votes, Chizuru Akaba with 3,313 votes and Ushio Okazaki with 3,081 votes.

C.C. dominated Pool 4, earning 4,401 votes. Others progressing to the next round include Minatsu Shiina with 3,519 votes, Mizuki Himeji with 3,300 votes, Madoka Kaname with 2,968 votes and Kazari Uiharu with 2,698 votes. Two others qualified to the next match day as wild cards: Saeko Busujima with 2,636 votes and Fumino Serizawa with 2,590 votes.

In Pool 5, Index Prohibitorum ruled the roost with 4,842 votes. Others moving on include Kotomi Ichinose with 4,344 votes, Ami Kawashima with 4,069 votes, Shinobu Oshino with 3,219 votes and Tsukasa Ayatsuji with 2,259 votes.

Laura Bodewig was the top vote-getter in Pool 6, with 4,321 votes. Others progressing include Elucia de Lute Irma with 4,140 votes, MIkan Yuuki with 3,373 votes, Rose with 2,877 votes and Rena Ryuuguu with 2,542 votes.

It's a combination of veterans that will move on from Pool 7. Leading the charge is Holo, who earned 4,574 votes. Others progressing include Illyasviel von Einzbern with 4,017 votes, Minori Kushieda with 3,658 votes, Nanoha Takamachi with 3,187 votes and Suigintou with 2,004 votes.

Ayase Aragaki earned the most voted in Pool 8 with 4,597 votes. Others going on to Match Day 14 include Shiina of Angel Beats with 4,212 votes, Fuuko Ibuki with 3,570 votes, Kaori Kanzaki with 2,948 votes and Shiki Ryogi with 2,213 votes.

Ui Hirasawa was on cruise control in Pool 9, earning 4,430 votes. Others progressing to the next match day include Ruiko Saten with 3,912 votes, Cecelia Alcott with 3,622 votes, Mio Isurugi with 2,980 votes and Shino Amakusa with 2,202 votes.

Shouko Kirishima got the most votes in Pool 10 with 4,174. Others progressing include Ika-Musume with 3,865 votes, Maria with 3,557 votes, Rika Furude with 2,690 votes and Kobato Hanato with 2,276 votes.

Ikaros was all business in Pool 11, earning the most votes with 4,215. Others progressing include Mato Kuroi with 4,215 votes, Tsukasa Hiiragi with 3,938 votes, Isumi Saginomiya with 2,822 votes and Hanyuu Furude with 2,326 votes.

Fate Testarossa will have to earn her place in the regular season the hard way. She took the first step towards doing so, earning the most votes in Pool 12 with 4,060 votes. Others progressing include Mafuyu Shiina with 4,038 votes, Homura Akemi with 3,650 votes, Shiori Shiomiya with 3,206 votes and Yuuno Arashiko with 2,162 votes.

In Pool 13, Konjiki no Yami earned the most votes with 4,374 votes. Others pregressing to the next day of preliminaries include Kurimu Sakurano with 4,142 votes, Mami Tomoe with 3,398 votes, Sakura Kinomoto with 3,066 votes and Asuka Langley Soryu with 2,178 votes.

Seraphim is hoping to join Eucliwood Hellscythe in the regular season after earning the most votes in Pool 14 with 4,373. Others moving on the the next round are Louise Francoise Le Blanc De La Valliere with 4,279 votes, Kanon Nakagawa with 3,152 votes, Ryoko Okami with 3,085 votes and Manami Tamura with 2,236 votes.
