England got run over by the K-ON!

As we head into the holiday season, the Bedlam on Baltic Avenue provides a series of K-ON! Christmas songs that were made popular back when I used to have an account on deviantART. You art thief-hunting mongs on dA pushed me out, and I have nothing but contempt for you, and I'm taking it to the grave. Here we go.

England got run over by the K-ON!
Several days ahead of Christmas Eve.
Though you say there's no such thing as moe,
Well, as for us otaku, we believe.

Months ago, the show was finished,
And we saw them off in style.
Five young girls with great potential
To bring rock and roll and go the extra mile.

Weeks would pass and then we found out
They had gone off for a trip.
Took a nonstop flight to Britain,
Where the people, food and drink are really hip.

Though you say there's no such thing as moe,
Well, as for us otaku, we believe.

It turned out to be a godsend,
And the fans were up in cheers.
Some were singing, some were chanting,
And still others took the chance to drink some beers.

Made a movie of their travels,
Did the Kyoto Ani crew
To the raptures of the masses.
Hokago Tea Time, you know that we love you.

Yui and Giita are awesome.
Mio rocks it with her bass.
Ritsu and Mugi are special,
And you can't forget about Azusa's face.

Will we see another season?
Maybe yes or maybe no.
But who cares, it doesn't matter;
HTT is back to play another show!
