Pangya Fresh Up!...arrives.

I always thought to myself, "Pangya Fresh Up!? The chewing gum industry has officially arrived on the island." Imagine, if you will, a cacaphony of new flavors: Blue Lagoon Bubblegum, Ventus Mint, Radical Rednose Wizberry, Oriens Orange, Maga Valley Wintergreen, Libera Lemon Lime, Narakas Cinnamon...the list goes on and on and on. Actually, this is the name of the new Pangya season, and all my records have been expunged. I am now forced to tour every course again and have so far completed two courses in regular course and natural mode in Abbot Mine and Pink Wind, with several more to come this month.

Along the way, I nuked all my Dog Days of Summer ears and shoes in the name of gaining TIki Points. I unlocked a few more achievements and got my first 10 games with the new Hana down pat. And all of my pang have been used up since I bought the Angel Wings for my new Hana on my main account. The only characters yet to earn their Angel Wings are Spica and Newri (the new Nuri, get it?). I can get wings for the latter; unfortunately, I have plans for my next paycheck: I am planning to try to win the Gacha items I want in two Fridays from now.

I like the style and the animations of this new Hana, which has assumed the rights as my main character (sorry Madoka, but I've played you lomg enough), but I would like to also play as Newri. However, his power stats are not where I want them to be; I need to max out his control then up his power level to 27. Both my main account and my alt account have all the characters, but there will need to be some more pang won so I can improve the stats a bit more.

Currently, my memorial level on my main account is at Level 19, while my alt is at Level 13. As part of the Loyal Pangya Players event, I received a glut of stickers as well as some cool rare cards, the best of which have been equipped on the new remodels and my previous main character, the old Hana. On the menu are some theme-related options such as "Top-Up" (grabbing points) and "Pop-Up" (a variety of other features such as Gacha, Rare Shop, Cauldron, etc.). Clever.

I think the changes made to this game are going to encourage players to return to the game and also encourage new players to try this out. I ended up gaining the SR versions of Luka and Cayman, which will allow me to gain extra Pang and EXP points. Since they have been equipped on the renewed Hana, I will use her to accelerate my march to the World Pro rank. I'm at 2,000-something points right now and I need 11,000, but if I play these full rounds often, I could be reaching that rank by the end of November.

In the meantime, enjoy this new track from the folks at Ntreev.
