Match Day 4 of the 2016 International Saimoe League Topaz Periods took place on August 2, 2016. In the Female Division, Honoka Kousaka defeated Sakurako Kujou 1589-1025, Jibril routed Kyouko Sakura 1905-979, Asuna Yuuki slashed past Kurumi Ebisuzawa 1622-1236, Komachi Hikigaya leveled Aria Holmes Kanzaki 1621-1177, Rikka Takanashi clobberewd Hitagi Senjougahara 1602-1298, Stephanie Dola defeated Umi Sonoda 1569-1274, Shinobu Oshino rolled past Yuki Nagato 1502-1268 and Nana Ebina won a 1378-1312 nailbiter over Sakura Kinomoto.
In the Male Division, Hachiman Hikigaya routed Kaito Kuroba 2099-632, Rito Yuuki edged Meliodas 1177-1109, Izayoi Sakamaki whipped past Roy Mustang 1486-1053, Rakku Ichijou drubbed Ginko 1349-930, Yuuta Togashi defeated Izaya Orihara 1323-1188, Sougo Okita prevailed over Sinbad 1101-893, Edward Elric crushed Sorata Kansa 1429-1222 and Daiki Aomine scored the closest victory of the round and the Upset of the Round: a 888-828 victory over Tobio Kageyama.
In Winter Diadem action, Reina Izumi thumped Kayo Hinazuki 1624-1025 and Aqua leveled Yume 1704-913.
