Match Day 4 of the 2021 International Saimoe League Preliminaries is done. For this match day, the female and male divisions were divided into pools, with the top six moving on. In the first female division pool, Mikoto Misaka (1925), Kaede Azusagawa (1181), Kanade Tachibana (1293), Aqua (863), Index Prohibitorum (917) and Nagisa Furukawa (770) advanced. In the second female division pool, Mai Sakurajima (2258), Shouko Makinohara (986), Yui Yuigahama (1326), Krul Tepes (846), Yui Hirasawa (963) and Takagi (761) moved on.
In the third female division pool, Chika Fujiwara (1690), Mashiro Shiina (1817), Rio Futaba (1108), Kei Shirogane (1061), Kazari Uiharu (908) and Mirai Kuriyama (861) advanced. And in the fourth, Tooru (1412), Kurumi Tokisaki (1866), Umaru Doma (1026), Iroha Isshiki (1176), Meiko Honma (799) and Satone Shichimiya (795) advanced.
In the first male division pool, Hiro (1486), Shirou Emiya (1091), Shidou Itsuka (951), Eren Yeager (862), Satoshi (697) and Tomoya Aki (729) advanced. In the second pool, moving on were Itachi Uchiha (1208), Riku Dola (1282), Inosuke Hashibira (834), Kousei Arima (949), Karma Akabane (831) and Rintarou Okabe (771).
In the third pool, Subaru Natsuki (1544), Kaito Kuroba (1182), Tomoya Okazaki (1062), Dio Brando (789), Osamu Dazai (808) and Sesshoumaru (717) advanced. And in the fourth pool, punching their tickets were Touma Kamijou (1392), Giyuu Tomioka (1078), Yuzuru Otonashi (950), Rudeus Greyrat (883), Yuuchirou Hyakuya (679) and Eugeo (757).
In Winter Seasonal action, favorite Ram rammed Eris Boreas Greyrat 2041-1225, Itsuki Nakano delivered the Upset of the Round, a 1428-1251 scalp of Nino Nakano, Milim Nava got past Rin Shima 1441-1284, Miku Nakano took down Renge Miyauchi 1994-1200, Roxy Migurdia torched Echidna 1929-1151, Setsuna got past Shiraori 1573-1141, Ai Haibara figured out Mikasa Ackerman 2073-1292, Kyouko Hori thumped Ran Mouri 2129-1113 and Ai Outo prevailed over Nobara Kugisaki 1421-1272.
Finally, in other action, Conan Edogawa won a 1646-1546 nailbiter over Satoru Gojou, Tanjirou Kamado routed Naruto Uzumaki 1803-1231 and Izumi Miyamura pummeled Monkey D. Luffy 1873-1129.
