Match Day 4 of the 2022 International Saimoe League Preliminaries is history. In Female Division Group 5, advancing were Rikka Takanashi (3943), Kaguya Shinomiya (2452), Azusa Nakano (2352), Megumi Katou (2254), Sora Kasugano (2100), Taiga Aisaka (1633), Kyouko Hori (1615), Vladilena Miliza (1561) and Keke Tang (1377). In Group 6, Eru Chitanda led the way with 3248 votes. Also advancing were Yukino Yukinoshita (3165), Takina Inoue (2383), Yor Forger (2101), Chika Fujiwara (2094), Tsumugi Kotobuki (2028), Mirai Kuriyama (1664), Iroha Isshiki (1619) and Inori Yuzuriha (1498).
Miku Nakano, the strongest of the Nakano sisters, was first in Group 7 with 3530 votes. Also advancing in the group were Nao Tomori (3087), Tamako Kitashirakawa (2552), Ran Mouri (2161), Zero Two (2144), Shiro (1916), Kaori Miyazono (1625), Umaru Doma (1537) and Shouko Makinohara (1525). In Group 8, Mai Sakurajima was first with 2972 votes. Also moving on were Kurumi Tokisaki (2764), Nino Nakano (2721), Shouko Nishomiya (2498), Index Prohibitorum (2164), Kanade Tachibana (1943), Ichika Nakano (1833), Kotori Itsuka (1704) and Mikasa Ackerman (1467).
In Male Division Group 5, Sakuta Azusagawa, seeking reelection to the Deputy Saimoe Prime Minister's office, easily won his group with 3069 votes. Also going through were Izumi Miyamura (2174), Sora (2156), Dio Brando (1905), Eren Yeager (1771), Hiro (1536), Ryuuji Takasu (1385), Isaac Foster (1265) and Nishikata (1217). In Group 6, Houtarou Oreki's form was never in question as he finished first with 3701 votes. Other qualifiers include Taki Tachibana (2228), Touma Kamijou (1894), Haruka Kasugano (1808), Kousei Arima (1715), Nasa Yuzaki (1473), Nouzen Shinei (1429), Lelouch Lamperouge (1341) and Light Yagami (1235).
In Male Division Group 7, Kazuto Kirigaya finished first with 2773 votes. Others going through include Levi (2170), Tomoya Okazaki (2104), Shinnosuke Nohara (1992), Tanjirou Kamado (1753), Ainz Ooal Gown (1652), Giyuu Tomioka (1382), Yuzuru Otonashi (1281) and Mizuto Irido (1235). In Group 8, Yuu Otosaka was first with 2435 votes. Also going through were Accelerator (2207), Itachi Uchiha (2105), Kaito Kuroba (1903), Takashi Natsume (1850), Shirou Emiya (1714), Korosensei (1491), Osamu Dazai (1261) and Kusuo Saiki (1208).
