Eucliwood Hellscythe moved to the top of the 2011 International Saimoe League Diamond Necklace standings with her 3580-2276 victory over Mikuru Asahina.

Yuri Nakamura rose to second after shooting down Houki Shinonono 3827-1752. Hitagi Senjougahara is third with her 3164-2468 victory over Konata Izumi. Yui Hirasawa, in a fight to claim one of the last remaining Tiara spots, rocked Rin Tosaka 3360-2507 to rise up to fourth. Kanade Tachibana sliced and diced Nymph 4377-1488 to move up to fifth.

In other ISML action, Yui roasted Seraphim 4031-1680, Tomoyo Sakagami held off Index L. Prohibitorum 3364-2339, Saber slashed past Louise Francoise Le Blanc De La Valliere 3314-2332, Hinagiku Katsura leveled Nagi Sanzen'in 3684-1607 and Shana torched Ayase Aragaki 4094-1798.

Kirino Kousaka rolled past Mato Kuroi 3211-2483, Charlotte Dunois defeated Konjiki no Yami 3065-2187, Mikoto Misaka electrocuted Asami Iwasawa 4163-1700, Nadeko Sengoku races past Fate Testarossa 3140-2262 and Kagami Hiiragi whipped past Mafuyu Shiina 3033-2383.

Yuki Nagato keeps on rolling. The breadwinner of the SOS Brigade cruised to an easy 3697-1803 rout of Konata Izumi to move up to first in the 2011 International Saimoe League Diamond Necklace standings.

Mikoto Misaka is second following her 3615-1919 pummeling of Mato Kuroi. Eucliwood Hellscythe is third after rolling past Haruna 3801-1124. Hitagi Senjougahara handcuffed Huang Lingyin 3410-1808 to move up to fourth, while Victorique de Blois checks in at fifth after trouncing Shiina 3224-1915.

In other ISML action...Kuroko Shirai dominated Houki Shinonono 2725-2563, Shana torched Fate Testarossa 3804-1677, Yui knocked over C.C. 3255-2266, Kanade Tachibana sliced and diced Index L. Prohibitorum 4299-1345 and Ruri Gokou walloped Mafuyu Shiina 3690-1730.

"There recently has been string of surprise upsets accompanied by sudden increase of total number of votes by about three hundred. Even more troubling is the fact that the total vote count usually go down by the same three hundred in the following matches. Foul play and illegitimate voting was suspected, but without hard evidence, the Best Moe Tournament Staff decided not to change the results based only on suspicion. If these questionable votes were from action of few people trying ballot stuffing from same IP range or from abuse of 3G network, theses should be blocked by the extended vote wait time and uncovered by the ip address check. Despite taking various countermeasures, the problematic votes could not be blocked nor filtered out, and initially, the systematic limitations made it not even possible to discern which of the votes should be questioned.

As more upsets occurred, we have accumulated enough evidence to discern general trend of these questionable votes and confirmed beyond reasonable doubt, that there is someone orchestrating a massive block voting with intent to manipulate the results to their liking. Furthermore, we have reasons to believe that their intent to be malicious, seeking to ridicule the participants of Best Moe and causing as much anguish among the supporter of popular characters as possible.

It should be noted that Japanese Saimoe, the inspiration for the Best Moe Tournament, is being ravaged by anti-Moe-tournament factions. These factions repeatedly attempt to defeat the strong, or in other word, characters with large number of supporters, deriving satisfaction from the sufferings of the normal voters and disruption of normal tournament progress. The voting pattern of Best Moe tournament’s mysterious voting group, likely to be a single person or a very small number of people, has much in common with voting patterns of Japanese Saimoe’s anti-Moe-Tournament factions.Although we now know what to look for, we felt that the these votes may already have accomplished most of what it set out to do, thus not addressing the questionable upset is more like giving into the demand of these 'terrorists.'

Please understand that we believe it to be not proper to declare a vote illegitimate without hard evidence. It was this lack of the ‘smoking gun’ which prevented us from voiding the votes in question. As tournament progressed, however, these suspicious behaviors have not stopped, and we have reached a point where we feel it is imperative that drastic steps be taken to restore the integrity of the Best Moe Tournament. Therefore, the following steps will be taken.

Determinined to take the 2011 International Saimoe League Diamond Necklace, Azusa Nakano demolished Tsumugi Kotobuki 4339-1325 to move up to first in the necklace standings.

Taiga Aisaka cruised into second after walloping Shiina 4443-1594. Haruhi Suzumiya is third after rolling past Huang Lingyin 4239-1785. Ruri Gokou is fourth with her 4196-1817 trouncing of Asami Iwasawa, while Mikoto Misaka is fifth with her 4208-1879 victory over Mafuyu Shiina.

In other ISML action...Hitagi Senjougahara handcuffed Nagisa Furukawa 3280-2681, Kirino Kousaka annihilated Ui Hirasawa 3624-2380, Saber slashed past Seraphim 3824-2032, Hinagiku Katsura thumped Fate Testarossa 3766-1933 and Kanade Tachibana bullied past Kagami Hiiragi 4233-2035.

Shana torched Nagi Sanzen'in 4053-1824, Eucliwood Hellscythe silenced Kyou Fujibayashi 3345-2611, Yui Hirasawa rocked Nymph 3545-2337, Nadeko Sengoku whipped past Konjiki no Yami 3218-2415 and Haruna mowed down Laura Bodewig 2952-2296.

Yui leveled Sora Kasugano 3781-2050, Victorique de Blois rushed past Kuroko Shirai 3352-2485, Konata Izumi won a 2862-2857 thriller over Louise Francoise Le Blanc De La Valliere, defending ISML champion Mio Akiyama punched C.C. 3817-2233 and Yuri Nakamura gunned down Mikuru Asahina 3551-2414.
