If Mikoto Misaka has defeated Shana in the 2011 International Saimoe League Tiara Championship match, it is certain that this will be a victory for the Railgun over the franchise character from Puella Magi Madoka Magica. Mikoto has a great opportunity to reprise Mio Akiyama's ISML/Anizone double. A victory here will set her on the path, but only if victory in the ISML is confirmed.
