ISML 2013: Ruri Gokou progresses to the Final

Match Day 9 of the 2013 International Saimoe League Postseason took place today and Ruri Gokou has punched her ticket to the final. Kuroneko won every region except Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, the Philippines, Indonesia, Malazsia and Singapore to prevail, 6792-4738.

Meanwhile the classification matches continued, with most of the expected favorites coming out on top, Mashiro Shiina won everr region except the USA, Russia and Eastern Europe to dismiss Rikka Takanashi, 5955-4850. Azusa Nakano swept all but Latin America, China, the Philippines and Vietnam to prevail over Taiga Aisaka, 6099-5011. Ayase Aragaki had victory in every region except Africa, the Philippines, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia to pull past Kobato Hasegawa, 6386-4726.

In a close race between Asuna Yuuki and Kuroyukihime, Asuna prevailed 5507-5057 after winning every region except Canada, Latin America, the Philippines, Indonesia, Australia and New Zealand. Kirino Kousaka leveled Sena Kashiwazaki in every region except Latin America, Russia, Thailand, Indonesia and the Philippines in a 6308-4492 rout. And Nanami Aoyama thumped Inori Yuzuriha in every region except Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan in her 5589-5016 win.

Three other matches took place. Mondaiji-tachi ga Isekai Kara Kuru Sō Desu yo is a show that ISML votes will need to keep an eye out for next season. Leticia Draculair rolled past Tamako Kitashirakawa 5570-4460 and the Black Rabbit hopped past Rita Ainsworth, 6504-3698. Finally, in the male exhibition, Shikamaru Nara defeated Kenpachi Zaraki 4493-3760.
