There is a very real possiblity that Mashiro Shiina might be the strongest female character in the International Saimoe League not to win any prize whatsoever. Of course, there have been instances in the competition where the eventual winner of the Heavenly Tiara rarely won a single necklace in the entire tournament. Emilia has won the Amethyst Necklace, defeated Mashiro Shiina 1582-1478 in the Bedlam on Baltic Avenue's designated Upset of the Round. Megumi Katou came in third with 985 votes. Kurumi Tokisaki was fourth with 749, Shiro earned 527 to finish fifth, Yukino Yukinoshita finished sixth with 439 votes, Megumin came in a disappointing seventh with 369 votes, and Nao Tomori came dead last with 292 votes.

A wide open race in the Male Division for the Amethyst Pendant saw new faces push veteran Yuzuru Otonashi aside. Nagisa Shiota continued his hotstreak, outpunching Saitama in the closest race of the round 1277-1206, Kazuma Satou came in a respectable third with 844 votes, Otonashi was fourth with 662, Archer was fifth with 508 votes, Touma Kamijou was sixth with 392 votes, Souma Yukihira was seventh with 333 and Shirou Emiya was never in the conversation whatsoever, finishing dead last with 195.

The top three vote-getters in the Female Division were Beatrice (1281 votes), Hifumi Takimoto (1180 votes) and Kaori Miyazono (1108 votes). In the Male Divison wildcard, the top three vote getters were the resurgent Conan Edogawa (1028 votes), Takashi Natsume (1008 votes) and Shuu Ouma (897 votes). It was the end of the line for Cocoa Hoto, Hitagi Senjougahara, Isuzu Sento, Kraft Lawrence, Hayate Ayasaki and Ikki Kurogane.

Form followed in Spring Seasonal action to round out a decisive day of voting. Sagiri Izumi, tipped as the favorite to win the Spring Diadem, routed Ao Genmai 2483-352, RyuZu demolished Maya Mikuri 1649-204, Sistine Fibel destroyed Sumire Souma 1883-328 and Akane Kousaka prevailed overt Akane Mizuno 1220-1109.
