Match Day 1 of the 2022 International Saimoe League Preliminaries is in the books as we begin a brand new season in the race for the Saimoe Prime Minister and Deputy Saimoe Prime Minister's Office.

As the Bedlam on Baltic Avenue was not aware of voting starting this week, its votes intended for Preliminary 1 will double-count for 1 and Preliminary 2, meaning that the Bedlam will consider its votes for Match Day 2 to count for both match days, a unique rule that hopefully will be a one-off rule for the rest of the campaign.
