As the London 2012 Olympics wrap up, the field is set for the 2012 International Saimoe League Emerald Necklace match. Mio Akiyama, Eucliwood Hellscythe, Azusa Kanano, Inori Yuzuriha, Haruhi Suzumiya, Yuri Nakamura and Shana have punched their tickets.

STELLA DIVISION

In the Stella Division, Mikuru Asahina rolled past Mafuyu Shiina 3716-2652, Nadeko Sengoku defeated Illyasviel von Einzbern 3533-2931, Nagisa Furukawa prevailed over C.C. 3356-3193, Azusa Nakano pulled off a 3646-3304 statement victory over Yuki Nagato, Tomoyo Sakagami defeated Nagi Sanzen'in 3481-3062 and Konata Izumi stomped Holo 3445-2942.

Index L. Prohibitorum scored a rare 3623-2677 victory over Hecate, Hinagiku Katsura overpowered Louise Francoise Le Blanc De La Valliere 3618-2776, Last Order defeated Kagami Hiiragi 3556-3102, Kyou Fujibayashi prevailed over Ikaros 3299-3115, Saber slashed past Yui Hirasawa 3743-3153 and Nymph defeated Kuroko Shirai 3346-3054.

Wrapping up Stella play, Konjiki no Yami defeated Tsumugi Kotobuki 3286-3199, Mio Akiyama won a 3519-2467 thriller over Shana, Haruhi Suzumiya routed Rin Tosaka 4128-2616, defending champion Mikoto Misaka defeated Taiga Aisaka 3618-3353, Hitagi Senjougahara whipped past Shinobu Oshino 3132-2889 and in the closest match of the night, Ui Hirasawa upset Kotomi Ichinose in a thriller, 3261-3247.

In a battle of eyepatch girls, Chihiro Shindou and Chrome Dokuro touted Minene Uryuu and Mio Sakamoto 3775-2342. Kanade Tachibana will most likely emerge from the Emerald Necklace phase as the favorite to win the Tiara after teaming up with fiancee Yuzuru Otonashi and defeat Touma Kamijou and Mikoto Misaka 3906-3127.
